ANTLERS LODGE POLICIES

Each of our log cabins is unique from one another and offers a range of bed sizes numbering up to three beds per cabin. Lodging guests may have cabins with or without a kitchen, which will comfortably sleep from two up to six people, perfect for small or larger groups. All of our cabins and rooms have full bathroom facilities with showers and are non-smoking and have satellite TV and wifi available. The cabins are equipped with everything you will need; bedding, linens, towels, (for cabins with kitchens) dishes, silverware, cookware. The kitchens include a 4-burner stove w/oven, refrigerator, kitchen sink, toaster, coffee maker (and coffee), dish soap and towels. All of the cabins and rooms are serviced by housekeeping each day; beds made, towels replaced and trash emptied.

  • Check-in time is 3 pm

  • Office Hours: 8 am to 9 pm daily, summer and winter. Please leave a message if calling after hours. We do have an attendant available onsite 24/7.

  • No minimum stay


Pet-friendly lodging

Dogs are the only pets that we allow and they must be disclosed at the time of reservation or check-in at the very latest, since we do not allow them in all of our cabins and rooms. The additional nightly charge for 1 dog is $10, per night and for each pet, up to 3 total.

We allow pets in the following cabins: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. 10 & 11.

We allow "service dogs" at no charge.

It is very important that dogs be disclosed at the time of reservation to eliminate problems upon arrival and check – in. If a reservation is made in a "non-pet" room and a guest arrives with their dog(s), we will make every effort to change the reservation to a "pet" room, however, if a "pet" room is not available, we may not be able to honor the reservation.

If a guest has checked in and has a dog(s) that was not disclosed, the guest will be subject to a $250 charge.

We love and have our own furry family members and will do everything we can do to make it a positive good experience for you and yours. We do ask that you follow the rules we have set out below:

· Your dog must remain under your supervision at all times and may not be left in your room or cabin alone for any reason, for any amount of time.

· Your dog does not have to remain on a leash (IF) he/she is not a threat to any other animals or people and if you are not worried about them running away.

· You must clean up after your dog immediately and dispose the waste properly.

· Owner is responsible for any damage to property, inside or outside, the owner will be responsible to pay for the repair.

Lodging policies
WE HAVE A 30 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR LARGER CABINS, #5, #6 & #7 (WITH NO REFUNDS).

WE HAVE A 15-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE REMAINDER OF OUR CABINS AND ROOMS (WITH NO REFUNDS).

15 days (standard room/cabins), 30 days (large cabins) or more (see chart below) prior notice for cancellation is required to avoid a charge to your credit card which is equal to the cost of the entire stay of the room or cabin you reserved (includes early departures and no-shows). Make sure to receive a cancellation number! Reservations for 1 night will be charged when the reservation is made by phone or online.

By giving us your credit card number, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our cancellation policy.

1 large cabin (#5, #6 or #7) 30 days

1 standard room/cabin 15 days

3 or more (any combinations of rooms/cabins) 30 days.

6 Month and longer advance reservations 60 days (any combinations of rooms/cabins).

From December 23 - January 1 - 30 day cancellation policy no refunds.

3 day Presidents weekend - February 17-18-19 2018 - 30 day cancellation policy no refunds

2 day Hog Roast weekend - March 9-10 2018 - 30 day cancellation policy no refunds

SUMMER TRAVEL PLEASE NOTE! We can be accessed by YNP through the Northeast Entrance or via the East Entrance by taking the Chief Joseph Highway just outside of Cody, Wyoming. Occasionally a road closure will re-direct your route to the Antlers Lodge but as long as there is a road open no matter if it is a longer drive than you originally planned, we can not refund your room reservation. We have a limited number of high occupancy rooms and cabins and turn many away, so please understand you will be charged for the room we guaranteed you.

Note: We will not make any refunds due to the Beartooth Highway 212 being closed. This is not the main route to Cooke City. It is only a Scenic Byway. It's your responsibility to make sure it is open before you decide to drive it.
